The aim of Infinite Yoga and Exploration is to help you experience yourself more fully through a continual process of self discovery.
I and my teachers honor and
draw from the deep well of knowledge that comes from Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and apply this method intuitively without losing the integrity of the source.
As the great Yoga Master, Krishnamacharya said:
"Teach what is inside you. Not as
it applies to you, but as it applies to the other."
Recognizing that everyone is unique, our
teaching guides you along your own personal path of exploration to infinite possibilities.
